Albariño Wine
This variety of white wine grape is called Alvarinho in Portuguese, also known as Cainho Branco. It’s a thick-skinned variety that originates from the hot and humid wine regions of Spain and Portugal. In cooler climates it can be more difficult to get the grapes to ripen but that gives the wines their delicious acidity and creates a perfect partnership with seafood.
Drink these guys young, fresh and cold to best enjoy the firm mouth feel and white peach aromas.
